PCS Fuel System

PCS Fuel System Program

Overview

The Fuel System Program is operated by PCS to support the fueling needs of district-owned vehicles and equipment.

In addition to district operations, we have established partnerships with authorized community organizations that provide essential public services within the community. Authorized participants may include municipal agencies, emergency services organizations, and other approved entities.

Participation in the Fuel System Program is limited to organizations that have been authorized by the district.

Fuel Reporting and SMS Communications

Authorized participants will be required to provide fuel usage information, vehicle information, inventory reports, equipment status reports, or other operational data related to Fuel System activities.

To simplify reporting, all authorized external partners will be provided with a dedicated SMS (text messaging) number that participants may use to submit information and communicate with PCS Fuel System Program staff.

Information submitted by text message include:

  • Vehicle odometer readings
  • Fuel quantities dispensed
  • Fuel inventory reports
  • Equipment or pump issues

District staff may respond by text message to:

  • Confirm receipt of reports
  • Request additional information
  • Clarify submitted data
  • Communicate operational updates related to Fuel Farm activities

SMS Terms and Conditions

Participation in SMS communications is limited to authorized PCS Fuel Systems program participants. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Participants may reply STOP to discontinue SMS communications or HELP for assistance.

Privacy Statement
