Attention Juniors: you will be having your Senior formal and casual photos taken on Monday & Tuesday of next week. Mrs. Welty is working on the schedule and will be in touch with your individual times. Stay tuned!!
Applications are now available for our PCS Summer recreation program. The program is scheduled to operate from July 11th -August 11th. Applicants should be at least 16 years of age and may require life guard certification. Applications can be picked up and should be dropped off in the elementary office no later than May 20th.
Students that signed up for the Buffalo Bisons Baseball game must have permission slips to attend. Please pick up a permission slip at the High School Main Office and return the completed form to Mrs. Baker.
Reminder students in 7th – 12th Grade to sign up and enjoy Culinary Club with Mrs. Bantelman and Guest Chef Mrs. Torrey on Wednesday May 18th. We will be learning how to make cactus and succulent cupcakes.
Starting Wednesday, May 18th Miss Burdick and Mrs. Maxson will be holding puppetry workshops. If you’d like to participate, please sign up outside Mrs. Maxson’s room 120!
Portville Varsity Softball improves to 13-1 defeating North Collins 13-3 last night in the Panther Pit. Mallory Welty was the winning pitcher tossing 5 strikeouts, 5 walks, and scattering 6 hits. Congratulations to “Golden Glove” Caleigh Zollinger, who’s solid play and determination in the field helped the panthers to victory. “Queen of the Plate” goes to Peyton Young who went 2 for 3, with 2 doubles, and scored 3 runs. Helping out the offensive attack for PCS was Mallory Welty who went 2 for 4, with 1 run, and 3 RBI’s, while Caleigh Zollinger went 2 for 4, with 3 RBI’s. Portville next hosts Catt-LV today May 12th. Game time is 4:30pm. GO PANTHERS!!
