Anyone interested in joining Gamers club must sign up in the Technology Office, room 210. There’s also an informational meeting, in the library, during today’s period X. You must do both to be eligible for our first gathering which is this Friday from 5–8PM.”
Congratulations go out to Jessica Daley for winning the local, the county, the district, and the state recognition award for the Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest, representing VFW Post 1619 in Olean, NY. Jessica’s piece will now be judged by the VFW Auxiliary at National Headquarters. Great Job Jessica!
Last night the varsity baseball team ten runned Silver Creek, winning 13 to 3. Maxx Yehl struck out 7 in 2 innings and had a single, triple, and the walkoff double to lead Portville. Michael Cole had 3 hits, 3 runs, 3 RBIs, and 3 stolen bases, Ryan "Bassmaster" Stillman had 2 hits including a triple, Nathan Petryszak had 2 hits, Drew Langdon and Luke Petryszak each tripled, Luke Petruzzi had 2 RBIs, and Mario Pasucci scored twice for the Panthers. Portville heads to Ellicottville on Thursday.
