Congratulations to Drake Piatt, Everett Mix and Jessica Daley  for having their art work accepted into the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts’ 2021-2022 High School Art Exhibition.  The opening of the exhibition will be Monday, April 4, 2022 at 5:00 pm with a reception in the Theatre Atrium.

 

If you would like to join Mrs. Van Curen after school on THURSDAY (March 31) for some AWESOME ART, CREATIVITY and GAME Playing, please stop by the art room and sign up.  There are Super Snacks as well!

 

Tickets are on sale now at a discounted pre-sale rate for Mary Poppins Jr.!  Student tickets are only $8.00 now. You can scan the QR code on the posters around the building and order them online, or you can stop in Mrs. Maxson’s room 120 and directly purchase them with her.   Tickets will be available at the door….. but they will be $2.00 more.   We hope to see you April 1st, 2nd, or 3rd!

 

Attention International Club travelers – Be sure to fill out your Netherlands entry forms prior to departure. If you need copies, stop by room 204. Be sure to make a plan for rapid covid testing within 48 hours of  your departure. See Ms. Nolder for details or assistance. Please attend our final departure meeting on April 6th library at 2:45 pm.

 

Attention Girls interested in Modified Softball – there will be a meeting this Friday right after school in Mr. Milne’s Room.

 

Students are reminded to follow the Student Dress Code as written in the Code of Conduct.    Recognize that extremely brief and/or tight fitting garments such as mini skirts, short shorts, tube, net, and halter tops, bra/thin-strapped tops, see-through garments, garments which expose bare midriffs, plunging necklines, or excessively dropped pants are not appropriate and not permissible; Shorts must cover at least half of a student’s thigh.  To repeat – SHORTS MUST COVER AT LEAST HALF OF A STUDENT’S THIGH.  

 

The Bird Busters travelled to Righburg yesterday for a windy evening of shooting. The final score was Bolivar-Richburg 172 Portville 155.
