 Reminder to International Club travelers, there will be a virtual meeting on TEAMS February 15th at 7pm.   Details, see Ms. Nolder

 

Culinary Club continues every Wednesday after school from 2:30-4:00.  Sign-up outside Mr. Mitchells room if interested.  Transportation home is available.

 

Another program is BOARD GAMES after school in the high-school library on Monday, February 14th and Monday, February, 28th. The sign-up sheet is located in Mrs. Luther's office.  TIC TAC TOE your way over!! Signup today!!

 

Students – On February 22nd – there will be another opportunity to go ICE SKATING.  If interested, please sign up in the Main Office and grab a permission slip to return.  

 

Winter Weekend is tomorrow from 8 to 11pm.  As a reminder, the dance is for students in grades 9th through 12th only and proper semi-formal attire is to be worn.  Also, you will not be permitted to attend the dance if you are on the Ineligibility List and have not been attending Study Center all week. 

 

Now for News from our Sports world….

 

ATTENTION all girls in grades 7-12 interested in trying out for softball this season. There will be open gym held on WEDNESDAY February 16th from 3:30-4:30 in the SOUTH GYM. If you have any questions see Coach Torrey.

  

The boys 7th grade basketball team won on Wednesday night 35 to 10 against Salamanca.  Colin German led the way with 11 points and a strong defensive effort.  Aiden Richardson added 8 points and Peyton Carter chipped in 6.

 

The 8th grade boys team lost 43-25 to Salamanca.  Jake Zeigler had a big game with 14 points and a strong effort on the boards.  Zach Green added 6 points and Riley Horsley added 5. 

 

The 7th grade boys play in Randolph TONIGH.  Game starts at 5pm.

 

Congratulations to our JV girl’s basketball team on their road win last night against Falconer.  Leading the way was Ava Edwards, who scored a game high 16 points and had 8 steals.  Ashley Carls and Megan Lyle each chipped in 6 points and grabbed 7 rebounds apiece, while Ali Haynes scored 6, grabbed 8 rebounds and blocked 7 shots!  Great work ladies!!!
