It is a “ C ”  Day

Students – Please note that this Friday’s Bell Schedule will run on an “X DAY” due to the Pep Rally.    Also,  Senior BOCES Students will be picked up 1:40 pm to come back to the school for the Pep Rally. 

 

Attention International Club travelers, there will be a virtual meeting on TEAMS February 15th at 7pm.   Please tune in with your parents for extremely important trip details. All travelers are encouraged to attend. Details, see Ms. Nolder

 

Culinary Club continues every Wednesday after school from 2:30-4:00.  Last night the students made homemade sauce, pasta and meatballs and it was awesome – good job everyone !!   Sign-up outside Mr. Mitchells room if interested.  Transportation home is available.

 

There has been a Change with Mrs. VanCuren’s After School Program today… Today’s event is going to be “Ceramics and Games”.  See Mrs. VanCuren if you would like to participate in that today! 

 

Have you been bored lately?  Do you like competition, fun, and games?  Here's a CLUE for adding fun to your LIFE with no RISK; you won't be SORRY, and there's no TROUBLE when signing up for the MONOPOLY on fun!!  Join Mrs. Luther and Mrs. Mitchell for BOARD GAMES after school in the high-school library on Monday, February 14th and Monday, February, 28th. The sign-up sheet is located in Mrs. Luther's office.  TIC TAC TOE your way over!! Signup today!!

 

Students – On February 22nd – there will be another opportunity to go ICE SKATING.  If interested, please sign up in the Main Office and grab a permission slip to return.  

 

Tomorrow’s Spirit Wear is PANTHER PRIDE – WINTER WHITE OUT – Wear all white, with funny hats & sunglasses to school and to the game to show support to our panthers!   And as always, please follow the PCS Dress Code. 

 

Attention all students in grades 7-12: Valentine's Day is right around the corner. Send a CandyGram! For a dollar, you can send a message to someone special, for 3 dollars, send a message and candy, and for the high rollers who want to take it to a new level, 5 dollars gets your Valentine a message, candy, and a song from one of our two cupids, Matteson Fries and Tom Carls. Get yours during lunch periods Monday through Thursday.

 

Winter Weekend is this Saturday from 8 to 11pm.  Pre-Sale Tickets end today. Cost is $12 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door and can be purchased in Mrs. Welty’s room. If you intend on bringing someone from a different school, you must pick up a permission form from the office to have their home district administrator sign and then bring it to Mrs. Welty. As a reminder, the dance is for students in grades 9th through 12th only and proper semi-formal attire is to be worn.

 

Now on to SPORTS NEWS !.............

Congratulations to the JV girls basketball team on their win Wednesday night against Otto-Eldred!  Ali Haynes led the way with 12 points and 9 rebounds, while Matti Foster chipped in 7 points and 5 steals.  Megan Lyle, Ava Edwards and Ashley Carls combined for 18 steals.  Congratulations ladies!!!  

 

Emma Pinney and Kiyah Mohr as well as the other girl bowlers bowled yesterday in the Roll-offs.  They placed 3rd overall out of 18 teams!!! And also received the League Team Sportsmanship Award.    Next Thursday our girls will go to sectionals at Airport Lanes in Buffalo.
