Good Morning PCS Panthers…

 TODAY is Friday,  January 26th, 2024.                            It is a  “ D “  Day.

 

After a bit of a break, Friday’s trivia question is back brought to you by Portville’s Culture Club. January 27th is Holocaust Remembrance Day. A day to honor the millions of victims of Nazism and to talk about educational ways to prevent it from happening again. What camp was liberated 79 years ago on that day? First one in guidance with correct answer gets a prize. 

 

Attention BEEKEEPING CLUB MEMBERS…..There will be a brief beekeeping club meeting after school on Tuesday, January 30th in room 218.  New members are always welcome! 

 

Today, Gamer’s club will be gathering in the HS library from 11:30 to 2:30.  I repeat, Gamer’s club will meet today at 11:30.

 

The PCS Class of 2024 is sponsoring the Cole All Star Circus tomorrow.  Please join us and bring your family and friends for some great entertainment. 

 

Students  …Today is a Half Day of School for all students in both Elementary and Jr.-Sr. High School.  Students in 7th thru 12th grade will follow a ”D” day Bell Schedule and attend 5 classes.   You will attend the following Classes:  Periods 1, 2, 3, 4, and Period 9.  Dismissal will take place at 11:27 a.m.

Emma Pinney bowled a 495 series

Kiyah Mohr bowled a 561 series

Milo Backus bowled a 309 series

 

Next match is Tuesday at Good Times.

 

The boys 8th grade modified beat West Vallely last night47-18.  Nick Edwards led the way with 10 points.  Lucas Glover chipped in 8 points with some big rebounds.  Both 7th and 8th grade play tonight at Franklinville.  Bus leaves at 3:30.  Make sure you are here by 315 at the latest.
