Good Morning PCS Panthers…

Spirit Week has begun – Tomorrow’s theme is “Beach Day” – Grab your towel and head to the beach for a day of sun and sand.  Also, Reminder you must follow the Student Dress Code.

 

Winter Weekend is this weekend!  The theme is “NEW YEARS NIGHT” with a black, gold, & silver color scheme.  It will take place in the HS Gym from 8 – 11PM on Saturday.    Reminder that if you are on the Ineligibility List, you must either get off the list or you must attend every day of Study Center this week in order to attend the dance.  Also, for those that wish to bring a student from another school you must pick up the form in the office and have it completed and turned back in before Friday.    Don’t forget to purchase your presale tickets from Mrs. Welty by Thursday….once again, purchase by Thursday.  Tickets will NOT be sold on Friday.  Cost for presale is $12 and will increase to $15 at the door. 

 

Culinary Club is meeting this Wednesday after school. Reminder that you need to be off the ineligibility list to participate. Don’t delay!  Sign-up today!

 

The Student Council is hosting a Blood drive this Thursday, January 11th from 8AM-2PM in the high school gym. This one is to support Connect Life. They ensure that all donated blood stays local. If you participated back in November, you are now eligible to donate. See Mrs Welty or send her a TEAMS chat to get a time. If you are 16, please see her for the parent permission slip. Remember, a single donation can save up to three lives. Make a difference today!! 

 

Attention students: We will be heading to Wellsville FunLand on Friday, Jan. 19th from 3-6 for some food, prizes and fun on wheels! You’ll enjoy pizza, pop and roller skate rental if needed. Sign up in the HS Main office and grab a permission slip.  See Ms.Nolder for details.

The boys varsity basketball team defeated Gowanda last night by the score of 64 to 54.  Aidan DeFazio led the way with 20 points.   Ethan Obergfell chipped in with 11 points and Luke Petryszak had 9 while Troy VanSickle had 9 rebounds.  Their next game is home with Falconer on Thursday.
