Good Morning PCS Panthers…

TODAY is Friday,  December 15th, 2023.                It is an “ A “  Day

Here we go PCS Panthers…... Next week is your last week of school in the year 2023!   It is also the 2023 HOLIDAY SPIRIT WEEK.  Here is your Theme for Monday:  “SNOW BLIZZARD DAY” – It’s a Winter White-Out!  Wear white and also come support the boys basketball teams as they take on Randolph.  Games are at 6pm and 7:30pm.  As a reminder – you still must follow the PCS Dress Code.

Attention Freshman, pie orders are to be picked up today from 2:30-4:00 in the high school cafeteria.

Kwanzaa is an African American or Pan African holiday that celebrates history, values, family, community, and culture. The ideas and concepts of Kwanzaa are expressed in the Swahili language, one of the most widely spoken languages in Africa.  Kwanzaa was created in 1966 by Ron Karenga.  Our Friday’s trivia question is, as always, brought to you by the Culture Club.   Kwanzaa, like Hanukkah, lights candles.  Each one representing a different value.  What are the seven principles of Kwanzaa and what colors are the candles?  The first person with the correct answers to BOTH parts of the question in Guidance gets a prize!

There will be an International Club meeting on Tuesday, December 19th  in the HS library during period x. All members  welcome to attend!

Attention Students and PCS Teachers and Staff…DO YOU WANT TO HELP OUT Orphan Dogs and Cats?   Art Adventures and Art 360 is collection donations for our local shelters – please bring donations to the High School Main Office by next week.
