Congratulations to the Drama Club on their fabulous performances over the weekend! 

 The Theatre Association of New York State honored the troupe with the following adjudication awards:

 Meritorious Achievement in Ensemble Acting to the Cast

 Meritorious Achievement in Sound Design and Execution to Ms. Gabrielle Green

 Meritorious Achievement in Choreography to Alana Gagliardo

 Meritorious Achievement in Direction to Mrs. Cheri Maxson

 Meritorious Achievement in Costuming to Mrs. Cheri Maxson, Mrs. Roxanne Scull and Ms. Monica Thomas

  

25 students in grades 8-12 are invited to see the Nutcracker at Shea's with Mrs. Cheri Maxson & Mrs. Weimer on Saturday, December 2, at 7:00PM. Please see Mrs. Maxson to sign up. 

 

 7-12th graders have also been invited to see Annie the Musical at Shea’s Performing Arts Center on December 22nd.  You will be treated to a buffet-style lunch at the Bijou restaurant, followed by a performance of one of the greatest musicals.  Spots are limited.  Please see Mrs. Morella or Mrs. Sosnowki in room 201 for additional details and a permission slip.”

 

 Reminder to students that are on the academic ineligibility list – you must follow the guidelines to participate in any extra-curricular activities like Clubs. Afterschool programs and Sports.   In order to participate, you must either be attending study center each day Monday thru Friday or turn notes of passing grades in to Mr. Welty to get off the list.  If you are on the list and not attending study center, you must leave the school after the end of day bell.  Any questions, please see Mr. Welty in the high school office.  

 

The 7th grade girls lost a tough game to Salamanca last Thursday night. Scoring for the Lady Panthers were Lilly Deck and Harley Weatherley with 6 points each, Katie Maedl and Brecia Sena scored 2 points each. Nice job girls! 

 

On that same night, the 8th grade girls won against Salamanca. Scoring for the Lady Panthers were Allie Bray with 10 points, Sophia Milligan and Kaylin Elliot each had 6 points, Arianna Whittaker had 4, Sophia Miller had 3 and Marly Ueblhear scored her first basket! Nice win girls! Next game is TONIGHT at Olean. 

 

"If you are on the wrestling team, please meet in the practice room immediately after school to get your uniform for certifications. You cannot wrestle this season if you do not get on the bus to go to certifications today. Contact coach Thierman if you are unable to make it."

 

Congratulations to our NEW YORK STATE CHAMPIONS LADY PANTHER VOLLEYBALL TEAM!

They defeated Trumansburg on Saturday to take on the championship match Sunday against Millbrook. The lady panthers defeated Millbrook 25-14, 25-21 & 25-12. 

Ava Haynes walked away  as the New York State MVP with 20 kills, & 28 digs. All Tournament team went to Lillian Bentley and Mia Rhinehart. Lillian landed 26 kills, 7 blocks  to break the school record of 146 career blocks! Mia Rhinehart had 42 digs, & 6 aces, Adelyn Walker led the offense with 61 assists, 4 aces and 3 digs. 

Ali Haynes 12 kills, 4 blocks, Brielle Fidurko 6 kills, 4 blocks, Adriana Ensell served for 19 points, 4 aces, 18 digs, 4 kills and Emily Jordan 6 digs and 4 aces. 

Congrats Lady Panthers on a fantastic season!
