Good Morning PCS Panthers…

 TODAY is Monday,  November 6th, 2023.                                          It is an “ F “  Day

 

For those students in grades 7th through 11th who need to have their school pictures retaken, this will take place on Tuesday (tomorrow) during your English classes.  If you can’t go during English due to a test, go during a studyhall.  If you had already bought a package of pictures, don’t forget to bring it with you to hand in to the portrait company.  Photos will be taken in the John Dubots room.

Attention students and faculty!  Are you Interested in different cultures, foods, and people?  Want to build your resume for jobs and colleges?  Come join the Culture Club!  The Culture Club’s mission is to be an organization of students and faculty working to create safe spaces to discuss diversity and provide opportunities to explore diverse cultures from around our world and within our community.   Our next meeting will be held TODAY during Period X in Mr. Franzen’s room – 226.  See Mr. Kicior, Mrs. Pascucci, or Mr. Franzen for a pass to attend ahead of time!


Attention all PCS Faculty, Staff and STUDENTS….Indulge in an evening of intrigue and confectionery chaos with “The Scandalous Scheme at the Sweet Shoppe!” Join us November 17th at 7pm or November 18th at 2pm or 7pm as secrets unravel, tempting treats take center stage and the PCS Stage becomes a playground for scandal. Be prepared for a delectable dose of mystery, mischief and mouthwatering performances that will leave you craving more! Don’t miss out – get your tickets today! Adults are $10.00 and Students are $ 8.00. You can scan the QR code on any poster in the building or purchase them in person from Mrs. Maxson in room 120.

On Monday, 11/20, 7-12 students are invited see the new Marvel movie at AMC. Watch an unlikely trio team up to save the universe as "The Marvels." Sign up outside of Mr. Steighner's room. You'll need a permission slip to attend.

The Student Council in conjunction with the American Red Cross is holding a blood drive TOMORROW in the high school gym. Anyone age 16 and older is eligible. Please sign up with Mrs. Welty and help save three lives with your donation.

The final two Open Gyms for the Girls Basketball programs are TODAY  and Thursday, November 9th from 5:30 – 7PM in the North Gym. 

Those that are interested in JV or Varsity wrestling this season, there will be a short meeting right after school Tuesday in the wrestling room to go over practice times and schedules.

Attention all Boys Varsity and JV Boys basketball players. There are two open gyms this week. Tuesday 11/7 and Wednesday 11/8 from 5:30-7 in the North Gym. This is for all players who have signed up.
