Congratulations to the following musicians who will be representing PCS at the Junior High Area All- State Music Festival in Akron this weekend! 

 

Reminder to all students – This Friday starting at 4pm up until Monday morning– you will not have access to your lockers so make sure you get what you need from your lockers before that time.  Also, you will not be able to come in the building Friday after 4pm unless you have a scheduled activity as vendors will be setting up for the weekend show.

 

So with that in mind… Don’t forget to spread the news of the Arts & Craft Show that will take place here in the high school building tomorrow between 10 am and 5 pm.   Tell your friends and family that there will be 95 vendors, the famous Basket Raffle, and many delicious food items to choose from.    THIS FUNDRAISER benefits YOU (!)…  all proceeds go to Student Scholarships and Student Achievement Awards.  HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE TOMORROW !

 

Attention students and faculty!  Are you Interested in different cultures, foods, and people?  Want to build your resume for jobs and colleges?  Come join the Culture Club!  The Culture Club’s mission is to be an organization of students and faculty working to create safe spaces to discuss diversity and provide opportunities to explore diverse cultures from around our world and within our community.   Our next meeting will be held on Monday, November 6th during Period X in Mr. Franzen’s room – 226.  See Mr. Kicior, Mrs. Pascucci, or Mr. Franzen for a pass to attend ahead of time!

 

On Monday, 11/20, 7-12 students are invited see the new Marvel movie at AMC. Watch an unlikely trio team up to save the universe as "The Marvels." Sign up outside of Mr. Steighner's room. You'll need a permission slip to attend.

 

The Student Council in conjunction with the American Red Cross is holding a blood drive on Tuesday, November 7th in the high school gym. Anyone age 16 and older is eligible. Please sign up with Mrs. Welty and help save three lives with your donation.

 

The final two Open Gyms for the Girls Basketball programs are Monday, November 6th and Thursday, November 9th from 5:30 – 7PM in the North Gym.
