Good Morning Portville Panthers!

Any students interested in taking driver education, please see Mrs. McCracken before noon on Friday.  You must have a permit to sign up for the class.

 

The Wellsville Creative Arts Center is beginning sign- ups for our Winter Session of Art:360!   The Dates are January 17- March 14 and will be at the Wellsville Create Arts Center on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 7:30.  Please see Mrs. Van Curen  to sign up for choice of class Choice (Pottery, Cooking, Drawing, Coffee Making and Macrame)  and flyer information.

 

 Congratulations to the girls bowling team for their win last night against Springville/West Valley last night. Emma Pinney bowled a 401 series and Kiyah Mohr bowled a 351 series. 

 

Last night, the boys varsity basketball team displayed great defense and defeated Franklinville 63-27.  Leading the way for the Panthers was Aidan DeFazio with 35 points and Cole Faulkner with 12.  The boys travel to Randolph tomorrow for their second league game of the season.

 

The Portville boys JV lost to Franklinville last night 54-37. They will only get one day to bounce back as they travel to face Randolph tomorrow evening  at 6. Peyton Carter had 13 points and Braedon Carter added 8. 

 

Last night the Portville Varsity wrestling team hosted the Franklinville Panthers. Portville prevailed with an impressive 40-6 victory. Posting key wins for the panthers were Parker Dornan at 132lbs, Maxx DeYoe at 145lbs, Cam Morison at 152lbs, Hayden Emley at 172lbs, and Hank Chamberlain at 215lbs. Everyone wrestled well and it truly was a team effort. The Panthers will travel to Red Jacket next for a tournament on Saturday. Great job Portville. Let's get back to work.
