Congratulations to the following musicians who were selected to represent PCS at the Senior High Area All-State Music festival this weekend at SUNY Fredonia.

The event is cancelled due to weather, but we still want to recognize them for their talent, hard work, and selection for this outstanding musical honor!

 

The PCS Drama Club play "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" continues tonight at 7pm and tomorrow at 2pm….Hope you can be there to see the Headless Horseman ride again! 

 

The next Gamer’s Club gathering is tonight beginning at 2:45 in the High School Library.  Anyone interested should stop by the Technology Office, room 210 for more information.

 

There will be a Freshman Class meeting on Tuesday, Nov 22 in the High School cafeteria during Period X.  All 9th grade students MUST attend.  You will be receiving your fundraising packet as well as other valuable information. 

 

For those of you that missed it yesterday… Back by popular demand! (pause) …From the steppes of Central Asia! (pause) … A Culinary Club favorite! (pause) …Mongolian Beef will be made in Culinary Club on  Monday, November 28th.  Sign up today!

 

Attention Crafty students: Do you like to scrapbook or journal? Are you interested in ways to recycle and repurpose everyday objects? On November 30 after school, we will be making our very own eco journals, a journal created out of recyclable objects and papers. Use it as a gratitude journal, a place to put your thoughts or dreams. Sign up is outside the office. See Ms. Nolder for details.

 

If you'd love to spend the afternoon of Nov. 29th bowling with friends, please sign up outside of Miss Giardini's classroom. The last day to sign up will be Tuesday, November 22nd. Everyone will enjoy two games, shoe rentals and pizza and a drink! Grab a friend and sign up today!! There will be a permission slip that you'll need to return to attend, and the max is 35 students!!  

 

 Reminder that our volleyball team will be heading to states today to hopefully capture another State Title.  If they make it to the championship game on Sunday, that game will be streamed here at school in the health room 124.  The game is scheduled for noon.  The gym lobby doors will be open for you to enter the building. 

 

The 7th grade girls basketball team defeated Olean Wednesday night in an exciting game, 25-22.  Scoring for the Lady Panthers were Allison Bray, Kaylin Elliott with 6 points each, Airiana Whittaker with 5 points, Leigha Stives with 4 and Sophia Milligan and Sophia Miller each with 2. 

The 8th graders won both their games Wednesday and last night.  They beat Olean 21-11. Ella Zeigler led the lady Panthers with 7 points, Lauren Lyle had 6, Nazara DeGolier and Al Stuck both had 4 points.  Last night they defeated Franklinville 37-6.  All the girls were able to score, Nazara led the Panthers with 10 points, Lauren had 9 points, Ella had 8 points, Peyton Rogers had 6 points, Alana Petersen and Al Stuck each had 2.  Nice job ladies! Both teams play Salamanca on Monday home starting at 5:00.
