TODAY IS…. October 16, 2018                                                         It is an “E day”


The Student Council will have a meeting during Period X on Wednesday, October 17th.  On the agenda is voting for officers, planning for our American Red Cross Blood Drive, and ideas for Presents-for-Panthers.

Any Juniors who are interested in participating in the class fundraiser please see Mr. Brennan or Mrs. Pinney ASAP.  We have fundraising materials for you.  Stop in room 224 before or after school.”


Last reminder to  Boy Scouts Troop 631 – Stop by the office to pick up fundraiser papers if you have not yet done so.

And Ski Club members – pick up your news in the office if you have not yet done so!

Attention Winter Athletes: Physicals will be on Oct 24th.  Please sign up in the nurses office.  If you are unsure if you need one please see Mrs. Kent or Mrs. Colligan.  


 Reminder to girls in grades 7th through 12th interested in playing Lady Panther Basketball …. You need to sign-up on the bulletin board outside of Coach Welty’s room.  If you are in junior high and wish to try-out for JV, you need to see Mrs. Colligan for the proper paperwork.


Senior Photographs are due to Mrs. Welty by Friday, October 19th.  So far, there have only been a handful of seniors that have everything handed in. 


The JV volleyball team suffered a loss to Olean last evening with a very close and exciting game scoring 25-16, 18-25, 25-27. 

Taylor Beck served 6 aces, added 8 assists and 6 kills. Tori Unverdorben added 8 kills, Natalie Maurer 7 kills and a block and Olivia Cook added 13 digs and 2 blocks. 

The team will play St. Mary’s Thursday evening in Lancaster at 4:30 pm.

The varsity volleyball team defeated Olean last night 25-10, 23-25, 25-18 & 25-10

Sierra Keim had 11 kills and 4 aces, & 17 digs Beth Miller 18 kills, 4 aces, Ericka Carlson served for 7 points and 11 digs and Sydney Colligan added 4 kills and 7 digs. The Lady panthers are now 14 & 0 and will travel to St. Marys of Lancaster on Thursday with a 6:00 start time.
