TODAY IS….November 5, 2019                                          It is a “B day”

 

TODAY is the Blood Drive in the North Gym.    For those that signed up to donate blood today.  Please report to the high school gymnasium at your scheduled time and bring your ID with you.  For those that are 16 or 17 and gave Mrs. Welty your permission slip, she has already turned it in to the Red Cross staff.  For those Student Council members that have volunteered to work the Blood Drive, please report at the beginning of the period and stay until the bell.  The teachers have been given a list of those that are volunteering. 

 

The pool will be closed on Friday November 8 due to the high school play.

 

If anyone is interested in joining the Allegany-Portville Bowling team please see Mrs. Colligan for more information. 

 

 

ATTENTION all boys interested in trying out for JV or Varsity Basketball. Sign-ups are posted on the bulletin board outside of coach Torrey’s room.

 

ALSO …. boys interested in trying out for JV or Varsity Basketball there will be Open gym tomorrow,  November 6th from 7:00-8:30pm in the NORTH Gym. Hope to see you there! Any questions please see Coach Torrey.

 

 

The Lady Panther Hoops program is having Open Gyms after school on Wednesday & Friday of this week for those interested in getting up some shots before the season starts. They will be held in the North gym from 3 to 4:30pm. Feel free to come for a bit or for the whole time. We look forward to seeing you! 

 

The lady Panthers defeated the Falcons last night 25-13, 25-9 & 25-16. 

Kylie Blessing lead the the offense with 17 assists, Laura Wilhelm added 9 kills while Tori Unverdorben contributed 7 digs, 4 kills and 4 aces. Olivia Emley had 13 digs and 2 aces. The MaxPrep player of the match was Hailey Keim with 8 kills and 5 aces. 

The lady Panthers are now 18 & 0 and will play Allegany- Limestone on Wednesday at JCC in Jamestown with an 8:00 start time.
